Our Office hours are 9:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday.

The prices below are our full fees. Remember that you may also be eligible for government subsidies that will make a large difference to your fees. A link to an out of pocket expenses calculator will be available soon.

Koalas, Possums (0-2 years old) & Joeys (2-3 year olds): $140 per day

You will have an invoice issued to you every Tuesday. Billing is also conducted weekly on a Friday.

What are your educator to child ratios?

Our educator to child ratios are regulated by the Government. It is our policy to meet or exceed these ratios as listed:

Ages 0-2: One educator to four children (1:4)
Ages 2-3: One educator to five children (1:5)
Ages 3-6: One educator to ten children (1:10)

How do I enrol my child or book a tour?

Just click on the “BOOK A TOUR” button at the top of the page and fill in your details and we will get in touch with you! Or just give us a call on 4990-3377.

Can I visit the service before I enrol my child?

Yes, absolutely! We encourage everyone to come in for a tour to ensure our centre is the right fit for your family. We also encourage you to visit other services you are interested in in the area to ensure you make sure you make the right choice for your child.

Just click on the “BOOK A TOUR” button at the top of this page or give us a call on 4990 3377.

Will I be able to claim Government rebates on my childcare at your service?

Yes, we are a registered childcare provider which means that all childcare fee subsidies that your family is eligible for will be available to you.

Is there an initial fee required to secure an enrolment?

Yes, we require a fully refundable deposit of 2 weeks full fees.

After providing two weeks written notice, your deposit will be returned to your nominated account within a month of your child leaving our service.

We do NOT charge an additional Enrolment or Waitlist Fee.

Are there a minimum number of days required to enrol my child?

No, we aim to meet the needs of all families in our community and therefore do not place restrictions on the number of days you must enrol your child.

However, we strongly recommend that families consider enrolling their child for at least 2 days per week as they are more likely to bond with their educators and settle in a much quicker period of time. This is far less stressful for your child and enables our educators to provide more meaningful experiences for them.

What will I need to provide to secure my child's enrolment?

You will need to complete and return the Enrolment Form and Direct Debit paperwork provided to you upon being offered a position at our service.

You will also need to return your child’s birth certificate and immunisation records along with any additional paperwork provided in your enrolment pack. Please note that we cannot accept copies of immunisation records from your child’s blue book and legally require your official records from Centrelink.

Additionally, please keep in mind that you must seek permission from any person to list them as an authorised nominee (such as a contact or pick-up person) on your child’s enrolment. To be listed as an authorised nominee we require their full name, a contact number and their full address.

We understand that gathering all the required information and completing enrolment paperwork takes time and is a tedious task. We recommend that families gather all the required information and register for the Child Care Subsidy with Centrelink prior to completing our enrolment paperwork.

Do we have to pay if our child is away sick?

Yes, all absences must be paid.

We value our highly passionate and qualified educators and must pay them for their dedication to their job even if your child is absent.

The Child Care Subsidy will cover up to 42 absence days a year with no documentation and unlimited sick days if you’re able to provide a medical certificate or similar. Please note that we do not offer make-up or swap-days for any absences.

Do we have to pay if our child is away on holidays?

Yes, normal fees apply for all scheduled days including family holidays and absences in order to cover our operating costs. The Child Care Subsidy will also apply so long as you do not go over the 42 day quota.

Do we have to pay for Public Holidays?

Yes, like most early education and care services, we are closed on all public holidays.

If a public holiday falls on your child’s scheduled day you will still be charged as our educators are entitled to be paid on public holidays as others are in differing sectors and professions.

How should I dress my child and what do I need to pack?

We will be providing your child with days full of exciting experiences that may mean their clothes may get wet, dirty or stained. Please dress them in comfortable, sun-safe and weather appropriate clothing that can withstand a whole lot of fun and adventure!

As children are developing their self-help skills it is important to note that sometimes the odd sock, hat or item of clothing may get misplaced so please only bring items that are non-precious and won’t be missed. This includes toys from home, unless it is comforter or special news day item, please leave it safely at home (or in the car) as we have lots of resources here for every child to engage with!

Please ensure your child comes wearing sunscreen (not required in winter), a bucket or broad brimmed hat and enclosed shoes that are easy to get on and off.

If your child is under 2 years of age you will need to pack:

  • All bottles filled with formula or breast milk for them to drink throughout the day
  • Any special comforters such as a cuddle toy or blanket from home
  • A pacifier (if required) in a labelled sealed container
  • A drink bottle for water (not required but recommended)
  • At least 2 spare changes of clothes

If your child is over 2 years old you will need to pack:

  • Cot sheets/peg-bed sheets for rest time (may not be required in preschool room)
  • At least 2 spare changes of clothes – lots of spare undies and pants if toilet training
  • Pull-ups if desired for toilet training
  • Please remember to clearly label EVERYTHING that belongs to your child.
  • No water bottle is required as we supply cups
What ages do you cater for?

We cater for children aged from 6 weeks old to 6 years old.

However, special consideration is required for children 6 years old (NSW law dictates that all children must be enrolled in school by their sixth birthday).
